My dear good people of God:
The last update on the construction of the Divine Bakery was on Friday, June 2, 2023.
Since then work on the site has progressed steadily.
I have been asked when the possible completion date might be. Honestly, that depends entirely on funding… However, I am scheduled to travel back to Nigeria in December to inspect the construction.
Pictures speak volumes. So with a heart full of thanksgiving to God and to you, for your support, I share with you the following pictorial updates.

July 17, 2023 Update:
1.) Completing the Block Work to the Wall plate, after the Lintels and Beams.
2). Molding & Installation of PARAPET around the building before ROOFING, TO PREVENT THE BUILDING FROM BATS ETC.
3). FINISHING UP THE PARAPET…
Update on the Divine Bakery as at Friday, June 2, 2023:
May 16, 2023: Most Reverend Camillus Raymond Umoh, Bishop of Ikot Ekpene Diocese, Visit and Blessing of the Divine Bakery Site.
Ms. Cat Richter, parishioner of Saint Peter’s Parish, Geneva, IL, was present at the bishops visit and blessing.
May 6, 2023: Work Has Begun!
Diocese of Ikot Ekpene, Office for the Missions USA
